CLASSROOM MAKEOVER 2009

This is certainly the most exciting project that the LAPS Foundation has completed to date. The Foundation completely remodeled a science classroom/laboratory at Los Alamos High School. The Classroom Makeover project was completed on time and in budget. Los Alamos National Security, LLC which operates the Los Alamos National Laboratory donated a technology upgrade when the makeover was nearly complete.

Upgrades completed in room E-19 of Los Alamos High School included a new ADA compliant student work station and new teacher's demonstration table and ALL of the following:

New Countertops
New faucets and fixtures
New flooring
Cabinet refinishing
New lighting
New overhead storage
New window treatments
New Electric upgrades
